Grant recipients will be contacted using the email address and phone number provided on their application. Funds will be distributed on December 2, 2026, according to the payment method selected during the application process.
Required Documentation
Applicants must provide:

Proof of an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis (diagnosis letter or IEP eligibility page). Applicants are encouraged to redact unnecessary personal information, such as insurance details, Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, and unrelated medical information.

Proof of financial need.

A completed grant application explaining how the funds will benefit their child.
